A Little Bit about A.M.J
A.M.J is a new comer to the rap game, but in two short years and with no manager this artist has accomplished a lot. He comes from a small town in Upstate NY called Ballston Spa, and has a pretty cool story to tell. With his first mixtape "Summer Breeze & Summer Trees" he gets into the summer vibe with some good beats and catchy lyrics. "In my free time I'm usually always doing something with music, or the occasional dutch", which is pretty evident in his songs that he enjoys the greener things in life. Although many people have criticized him for that, he says, " I cant help that certain things are a part of my life, if I put it in my music its real. I'm not someone who'd say Ive got a penthouse suite and a seven series in the driveway. People like real music and real emotion, and if they dont like the ways I express it.......well im sorry." " I make music for people all over, but I also make it for myself." He said he got into music because it was a way he could clear his mind and thoughts without having to hear someone elses opinion on the issues. His most recent mixtape,"Grind.Hard.Die.Rich" was a huge improvement as far as lyricism and subject matter. In these 2 years along with numerous local shows, A.M.J has shared the stage with Joe Budden, Chris Webby (twice) , and even made the trip out to the Middle East Club in MA to share the stage with Radical Something.Also in 2012 he was featured in HYPE Magazines "Time To Shine" section and they have been following his music ever since. This young man is dedicated to his craft and plans on continuing putting out music for people to hear. March 2013 he will be releasing a new project called **Class Of My Own** . This project has a lot of catchy hooks and dope beats to grab your ears and attention. Stay Tuned and be on the Lookout for this Kid to make moves in 2013. #COMO
